Learners who have demonstrated some ability and possess qualifications at Level 3 or high school equivalent award
Should be at least 18 years old
Completion of Level 4
Assessment is through coursework for level 4 & 5 and the final year is assessed by undertaking Work-Based Learning (WBL) projects valuable to your employer.
This course can be completed in 18 to 24 months.
Recognition of Prior Learning is the recognition of non-certified learning towards a full unit or a qualification. You are able to gain credits using your previous regulated or unregulated qualifications or work experience. You can submit your CV for an evaluation of the RPL eligibility here.

Work-based learning (WBL) projects
These projects won't involve activities you do in your day-to-day job as they need to involve new learning for you. You'll do most of the work for these projects in your normal working hours.

We'll also encourage you to take modules that develop your longer-term transferable skills. Previous students have studied modules such as Strategic Organisational Excellence and Business Transformation through Quality Management.
