You have three schemes of payment open for you. The first one is making the full payment of the course up front. The second option is the 4 installments scheme in which you pay a fixed amount every 2 months. In this scheme an additional bank charge per installment is applied. The third option is the 8 installment scheme with monthly payments along with an additional bank charge per installment. Please note that the monthly installment plans for Diploma programmes need to be approved by the finance department. Most of the top-up programmes can be paid in two installments.
The short answer is NO. IELTS is not a must. In fact, if you have studied in English medium, you probably may not need any additional language requirements. In some cases, marketing consultants may tell you to fulfil some language conditions. In such cases, you have the option of choosing between IELTS or TOEFL or LIBT-EPT.
