Course Overview

The "Personal Leadership Development" module aims to explore leadership in relation to leading self, leading others, and leading change. The module provides an understanding of the "Manager's Toolkit" essential for driving strategy to achieve organisational objectives. The learner will critically evaluate personal leadership practice, explore different leadership styles and approaches, and understand the concept of Ethical Leadership. The module will also equip the learner with effective negotiation techniques and productive ways to facilitate and lead team tasks. By the end of the module, the learner will have the knowledge and skills necessary to lead people, organisations, and stakeholders effectively, which are transferable skills that can benefit them in various leadership roles throughout their career.
