I successfully completed the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership through the London Institute of Business and Technology (LIBT), and my experience was excellent. I completed my LIBT Level 4 & 5 Diploma in Business Management last year. The eLearning platform was extremely useful—I often found myself revisiting the material to help retain what I had learned. While the Level 4 & 5 diploma is CMI recognized, I wish they would push for full CMI accreditation on these levels, similar to their Level 7 course, as that would add even more value.

I have found LIBT to be a great learning experience. The staff are warm and friendly and despite learning remotely, they are always on hand to answer any questions and help with the admin side of things. Likewise they send out information on possible progression routes, something which other learning organisations fail to do. I have really enjoyed the months of studying with LIBT.

Before this experience, i have never heard of LIBT, therefore i was (especially due to the nature of my work) initially sceptical. However, the overall experience very much pleasantly surprised me. The customer support and overall collaboration has been exceptional. All the LIBT employees i´ve been collaborating with since the first contact have been incredibly supportive, responsive, very attentive and overall helpful. Over the past years i have been in touch with many organizations offering various types of education, including universities, professional bodies, etc. However, this experience has honestly been the best i´ve had.
