People Management & High Performance

Organisations consistently identify people management capability as one of the most significant drivers of performance, yet it remains one of the most underdeveloped skills among managers at all levels. This course addresses that gap directly, combining rigorous people management frameworks with practical tools that participants can apply immediately in their own organisational context.

Participants will examine how technological disruption, hybrid working and generational diversity are reshaping the expectations managers face, develop structured approaches to performance management and employee motivation, and build the HR analytical capability needed to make evidence-based people decisions. The course integrates current developments in AI-powered HR tools, including intelligent performance management platforms, predictive engagement analytics and AI-assisted coaching, reflecting the reality of the modern people management environment.

This course is aligned with the CMI Endorsed Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.
