Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Strategy

Innovation initiatives fail more often from weak financial and commercial discipline than from a shortage of good ideas. This course addresses that directly, treating entrepreneurial leadership as a rigorous commercial discipline rather than an exercise in creativity alone.

Participants will explore contemporary entrepreneurial frameworks, build the financial models required to secure investment or internal backing, and design market entry and growth strategies grounded in evidence rather than assumption. The course closes by examining how ventures scale sustainably, balancing commercial viability with social and environmental responsibility.

This course is aligned with the CMI Accredited Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.
