IFRS & Corporate Reporting for Finance Teams

IFRS compliance is one of the most consistently requested training needs among corporate finance teams globally, and for good reason. As reporting standards evolve and regulatory scrutiny intensifies, finance professionals who cannot apply current standards accurately and confidently represent a significant risk to their organisations.

Participants will examine the regulatory framework governing corporate reporting, develop technical proficiency in applying the most critical and widely tested IFRS standards, and build the skills to critically evaluate accounting policies and practices. The course covers the standards finance teams encounter most frequently in practice, including IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and IFRS 17, alongside the foundational conceptual framework that underpins all IFRS reporting.

This course is aligned with the CMI Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.
