Global Finance & Strategic Decision-Making

Finance professionals at senior level are increasingly expected to think beyond the numbers and engage with the strategic and geopolitical forces shaping global capital flows, investment decisions and organisational value. This course bridges that gap, connecting international financial theory to the practical strategic decisions senior leaders face.

Participants will examine how globalisation reshapes investment processes and organisational strategy, assess the impact of the global business environment on both national and multinational organisations, and develop structured approaches to evaluating the financial consequences of strategic decisions. Throughout, the emphasis is on applying analytical rigour to real organisational contexts rather than abstract theory.

This course is aligned with the CMI recognised Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.
