Data-Driven Strategy & Decision Intelligence

Most senior leaders are surrounded by data but lack a structured way to convert it into reliable strategic insight. This course bridges that gap, combining rigorous business research methodology with practical data governance and analytics capability.

Participants will learn to design and conduct legally and ethically sound business research, build the data governance frameworks needed to maintain integrity and compliance, and apply predictive analytics and scenario planning to inform strategic foresight. Throughout, the focus is on translating research and data into decisions a board can act on with confidence.

This course is aligned with the CMI Accredited Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.
