Strategic Leadership & High-Performance Management

Senior managers are routinely expected to think and act strategically, yet most professional development stops short of preparing them for that transition. This course addresses the gap directly, focusing on the analytical rigour, governance awareness and leadership judgement required at director level and above.

Participants will examine how strategy is formed and tested in practice, how senior leaders govern effectively across complex structures, and how high-performing teams and partnerships are built and sustained. The emphasis throughout is on application: every framework and model is anchored to real organisational challenges.

This course is aligned with the CMI Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.
