About this course

Why This Course

Organisational transformation succeeds or fails on culture, not process. Yet many change programmes are designed around structural and financial logic while overlooking the psychological and cultural dynamics that determine whether people actually adopt the change.

Participants will examine the drivers of workplace mental health and motivation, build strategic equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives grounded in evidence rather than compliance alone, and apply structured frameworks to lead complex organisational change. The course closes with a focus on defending transformation proposals to senior stakeholders.

This course is aligned with the CMI Accredited Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management. Participants who complete this certificate and wish to progress to the full diploma may do so through LIBT's structured pathway, with this course counting towards the relevant module requirements.

LIBT holds accreditation and endorsement from the UK's most respected professional bodies.

The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accredits and endorses a range of LIBT programmes, confirming they meet CMI's standards for management and leadership education. The Association for Project Management (APM) has recognised LIBT's Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management under its Pathway 2 Recognised Assessment for the Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) designation, placing LIBT among a select group of institutions whose assessment meets APM's professional standard.
