Digital Transformation is thought to be the next big business evolution.  However, the term itself is hard to define; moreover, setting an organization on the right track towards its future is not easy or straightforward.  As digital and new technologies push us as people to new frontiers and new expectations, businesses and organizations are at risk of falling behind. 


Organization, business and transformation leaders need a breadth of knowledge to set a strategy for transformation of their organization, covering vision setting, customer-centricity, technology, culture and leadership.
